  i have made the switch from At&T to T-Mobile few months back. I must say I regret switching services. On two different occasions i went to this location and received extremely poor customer service. employees are unprofessional and do not have knowledge to handle simple return. Said she had to call her manager how return the cash. . I waited over 15 mins while the employee played on her phone. I When I asked for manager info I was told I could not have his info. At that point I was told I must come back at another time to return the phone because the location did not have cash. Never experienced such service. I myself work in customer service as a manger for past 15 years and must say I do not recommend going to this location. The manager should definitely handle such poor service for future customers so they not have experience what I have. After this exper3eince I will be switching back to At & T !
