And T mobile is the absolute worst. They sent my daughter a replacement phone that had parts missing and a third party battery and when it eventually died they sent a phone to replace that one that almost immediately started overheating and draining battery . The customer service reps have no idea what they are talking about and constantly misinform and lie.
