  We were in town for only a day and needed a couple parts to fix our host's old dishwasher. The staff couldn't have been nicer and when they understood that we didn't have time to wait for parts to be ordered, they insisted on finding the parts. Luckily, they keep boxes of parts from discarded machines and found what we needed, charging a very modest amount. When I tried to pay them for the time they spent searching, they refused, insisting on accepting only that very modest price for the used parts. There was no pretense here - only wonderfully motivated and friendly staff. Bravo!
